E. Paul Tonkovich moved his practice to Orange County in 1971 and has been a resident of Irvine, California since that time. He was instrumental in the organization and founding of the City of Irvine and has been deeply involved in numerous community organizations and outreach throughout his career.
He has been appointed on numerous occasions to serve as a Court Appointed Receiver for businesses and real estate investments and entities and he has worked closely with the Department of Corporations in large scale investment fraud and securities litigation as a Court Appointed Receiver.
E. Paul Tonkovich has also been an active volunteer to the Orange County Superior Court in its Judge Pro Tem / Temporary Judge Program where he has mediated numerous disputes.
